Missing Pizza from Papa John's Order via Migros

I placed a food order through Migros Yemek, including a medium Garlic Basil Cheddar Cheese Pizza worth ₺229.99, as part of a total ₺411.97 order from Papa John's. However, the pizza was not delivered. The delivery person claimed I only ordered a small pizza, and that the total bill was ₺380, which contradicts the full amount I paid—₺411.97.
Adding to my frustration, the order status on the app remained "preparing," which delayed my ability to contact live support. After hours of waiting, I finally connected with Migros Yemek support, only to be told they couldn’t reach the restaurant.
I demand immediate action to resolve this issue—either deliver the missing pizza or provide a refund promptly. This level of service is unacceptable.
