Asking for a Refund After Papa John’s Sent Rotten Pizza via Migros


Today, I ordered a pizza from Papa John’s through the Migros Yemek app (Order No: 699796206). The Italian meatballs and grilled chicken included in my order were spoiled — they had a terrible smell and an awful taste. Because of this, I couldn’t eat the pizza at all.
I tried contacting Migros Yemek customer support, but the live chat option wasn’t working, so I couldn’t receive any help or file a proper complaint through the app.
I paid by credit card, and the total amount was 392.89. I request a full refund for this order and ask that my complaint be addressed as soon as possible, as this experience was completely unacceptable.
