Pandora Ring Stone Fell Out Again After Replacement

I purchased a ring from the Pandora store at Cevahir Mall on September 15, 2026. On September 17, 2026, the stone in the ring started coming loose, as shown in the photos. I went back to the same store on September 18 to return it. A short-haired, middle-aged woman who I believe was the manager reluctantly acknowledged that my ring was defective after checking a new one of the same product. Even though the store had mistakenly sent my receipt to the wrong email address, I had to repeatedly explain myself and prove everything before she was finally able to locate my receipt. She told me that she could not accept the return and claimed that Pandora does not allow returns after the day of purchase, even when the product is defective. I did not want to argue or spend more time dealing with the situation, so I paid the price difference and exchanged it for a different product because I did not want to experience the same problem with another ring of the same model.

Today, October 6, 2026, I noticed that the stone had fallen out of the replacement ring as well. How can a company sell products of such poor quality and then refuse to accept returns, even when the products are clearly defective?
