Pandora Pink Heart Chakra Ring Stone Faded Within One Year

I am writing regarding a quality issue with my Pandora Pink Heart Chakra Ring, which I purchased from the Pandora 41 Burda Shopping Mall store in Kocaeli in March 2025.

When I bought the ring, the pink stone was bright, vibrant, and one of the main reasons I chose this design. Before purchasing it, I specifically asked the store staff whether the color of the stone would fade over time. I was clearly told that it would not lose its color.

Based on that assurance, I purchased the ring and took great care of it. I never exposed it to water or soap, and whenever I was not wearing it, I stored it in a sealed bag to help protect it.

Despite this careful use, the stone gradually became dull and eventually lost its original brightness and color. Unlike my other silver jewelry, which can regain some of its appearance after proper cleaning, the pink stone on this ring has not improved despite my efforts.

Today, I visited a Pandora store again and compared my ring with the same model displayed in the showcase. The difference in the stone's color and brightness was immediately obvious. My ring no longer resembles the product that I originally purchased.

When I explained the issue to the store staff, they claimed it was caused by user error and suggested that I should not expose the ring to water. However, I had already followed exactly that advice from the beginning and never allowed the ring to come into contact with water or soap. Despite this, I was offered no solution, my request was not considered under the warranty, and I left the store disappointed.

I cannot accept that a product sold with a two-year warranty should lose the color and brightness of its stone within approximately one year despite such careful use.

I respectfully request that my Pink Heart Chakra Ring be evaluated as a defective product under the warranty and that it be replaced with a new one. I also ask Pandora to resolve the obvious fading and dullness of the stone in a manner that reflects its commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction.
