On March 8, I placed an order for a charm through Pandora’s official website, choosing this channel specifically because I believed it to be secure and reliable. My order number is PNDTR00485837, and I paid a total of ₺5,718 for this purchase. Despite two days having passed since the payment, I have not received any clear information about the status of my order. There have been no satisfactory updates, explanations, or notifications regarding shipping or delivery. I tried to reach Pandora customer service by phone, but I could not get through and have not received any response, which has increased my concern. I preferred Pandora’s own website instead of other shopping platforms for security reasons, but the lack of communication and support has seriously disappointed me and made me feel like I may have been scammed, as I neither have my product nor any reliable information about it. I request that the situation regarding my order be clarified immediately, that my product be shipped and delivered to me without further delay, or, if this is not possible and no clear information can be provided, that the total amount I paid be promptly refunded without any further loss of time.
The products I ordered arrived. I thank the Xolvie team during this process. I can hardly believe the company actually reads what's written, but I'm writing this for people who will order from Pandora. After placing an order, you won't see much activity for about two days. You will try to contact Pandora, and that will fail; the process moves slowly but a result is eventually achieved. You can shop on a safe site, but the lack of communication can really wear down your nerves.
