Pandora Store Employee Hung Up on Me While I Tried to Reserve a Charm
On Friday, December 12, at around 4:50 PM, I called the Pandora store at Gordion Mall in Ankara to reserve a sun and moon charm that I had been trying to purchase for nearly three months. However, the attitude of the store employee on the phone was extremely disrespectful, and during the conversation, they hung up on me. Being treated this way while simply requesting information and a reservation for a product I had long been interested in was both upsetting and damaging to my trust in the brand. From a global brand like Pandora, I expected at least basic courtesy and professional communication from its staff. Regarding this incident, I request that a proper investigation and warning be issued to the employee who hung up on me (Mr. E*), and that I receive a clear and direct apology from store or brand management. I have never experienced such behavior from any store or brand before. I will never enter your stores again. As far as I am concerned, this brand no longer exists.
