My boyfriend made a mistake and bought me a necklace from here as a gift, and you made him regret it deeply. I've been wearing it since April, and it has turned pitch black. Today, we went to the Izmir Optimum branch, and they said there's no service for tarnishing. You sold us a cleaning kit for 580₺. If that's the case, why didn't you inform us that your product could tarnish 'even within 10 days' from the start? You only mention it after the purchase. Fine, we got the kit because we had no other choice. I've been trying to clean and polish it for a full hour, but here's the result: no whitening on the chain at all. The clasp looks like it's peeling. So, your brand and the product you sell are just slightly better than costume jewelry. I have eczema on my hands, and rubbing that cloth for an hour made no difference. You are truly a waste. This was a gift given to me, but I ended up being the cleaner of my own gift. Ahahaha. If it had worked, I wouldn't mind. After struggling and getting nowhere, I decided to check the expiration date, and what do I see? We bought that useless kit today, on 22.06.2024, but the expiration date says 12/2023. Are you kidding me? What is selling expired products? We demand a refund as soon as possible.
