I Lost My Pandora Marvel Bracelet Due to Wrong Size Advice

I recently purchased this brand's men's bracelet featuring Marvel characters and featuring an Avengers charm from a physical store. My friend, seeing that it was empty, bought me a Spiderman charm hanging from a web from abroad. Even in its current state, it was still very cute. But I no longer have it because the sales lady suggested the wrong size. The bracelet she recommended as an 18cm bracelet became too tight and the clasp kept coming loose, even with just one charm. When I went to get it, she said it would stretch by 2cm, but that didn't happen. Recently, in the rush of the day, my bracelet, worth ₺3,900 + ₺3,380, suddenly disappeared. I emailed about it, but I haven't received a response. If Pandora Turkey reaches me, I will send the invoice for the bracelet, and if necessary, we will find the invoice for the charm. Please help.
The brand is responding to me saying the return/exchange period has expired. I’m saying the bracelet got lost because of your wrong size recommendation, they say it’s past the return date.
