I saw an ad on Instagram for a campaign promising a free Pampers Prima diaper gift based on a survey result, so I decided to participate. Normally, I don't trust these kinds of offers, but since the amount was small, I wanted to give it a try. €2 was withdrawn from my account, and afterward, I received a message saying it was a trial charge. I wasn’t informed in advance that any amount would be deducted, which made the experience feel deceptive. However, the website showed an error message saying, "Oops, something went wrong." I tried to refresh the page and check my email for confirmation, but nothing came through. I was excited, expecting the diapers to arrive, but instead, I was met with this disappointing situation.
