Palette 3-0 Hair Dye Caused Allergic Reaction and Swelling

I coloured my hair today with Palette Crema Colorante 3-0, which I bought last week from Continente in Lisbon for about 5 euros. Within 5 minutes of applying the product around 9:00 a.m. today, I started to feel strong discomfort and an allergic reaction. I immediately washed the product off, but my face started to swell rapidly and I became very afraid. Because of the swelling and breathing discomfort, I had to quickly take a taxi and rush to the hospital. The doctor examined me, gave me an injection and medication, and clearly advised me not to use this brand again. I was affected for almost two hours and I am still feeling uncomfortable. The doctor has also advised me to come back to the hospital again for follow‑up. Due to this incident, I could not go to work today and I am under a lot of stress and fear. Before this, my friends had warned me about possible side effects, but I still trusted this product and used it. This experience has shaken my trust in the brand and has seriously affected my health, time, and work. I request that the company take this situation very seriously, investigate the safety of this specific product, and explain how such a strong reaction could happen. I also expect compensation for my medical expenses, my lost work day and the distress I have gone through, as well as at least a refund for the product. I want to be informed in writing about the result of this investigation and what measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents for other customers.
