Nivea Luminous Serum Caused Severe Facial Swelling
I purchased NIVEA Luminous Brightening Serum from the Gratis store in Gemlik, Bursa on Monday and used it for the first time on Tuesday. A few hours after applying the serum, my face and eyes became severely swollen. When I woke up the following morning, the area around my eyes had turned dark purple. As of now, the bruising is spreading across my face, I have discoloration in multiple areas, and I am experiencing intense episodes of facial flushing and heat.
This reaction has left me extremely concerned about my health and has significantly affected my daily life. I used the product exactly as directed, and I have never had any known allergies to similar skincare products.
I request that NIVEA urgently investigate this matter and thoroughly examine the product. I also ask the company to provide an appropriate solution and support in light of the serious reaction I experienced.
