Paddle.net Charged $13.20 By Mistake And Enpara Still Hasn’t Refunded
On November 20, 2025, at 22:51:24, a charge of $13.20 was made from my account linked to my Enpara debit card in the name of paddle.net proxysell. The approval SMS read: “Please do not share this code with anyone. Your code for the $13.20 transaction at paddle.net* proxysell on 20/11/2025 22:51:24 is: 746576 b003.” I mistakenly approved this code, so the transaction occurred without my knowledge or intention. I did not receive any product or service in return, nor did I intend to make a purchase. Since this transaction resulted entirely from an accidental entry and approval, I request a refund of the full amount. The reference/transaction number shown on the receipt is 03663-00998-0. After the transaction, I submitted a dispute through the Enpara app, but I have not received any response yet. I urgently request a review of this accidental charge, a full refund of the $13.20, and written information regarding the status of my dispute.
