Paddle Charged $4.99 for Photo Search — No Results, No Refund

I have just been charged $4.99 via my debit card by a service processed through Paddle, and I feel completely scammed. I am a single mom dealing with two stalkers, and I was only trying to find out whether my photos had been stolen and used on websites, so I could protect myself and my identity. When I paid the $4.99, it was not clearly explained what I was actually paying for, and I expected real help or at least some clear results. After the payment, the site did absolutely nothing useful for me. I did not get any real service or meaningful information. Instead, I was suddenly told that I was “out of credits” and that I had to pay even more money. This happened literally a few minutes ago, and I am shocked that a company can take a payment without clearly stating what it is for and then immediately demand more money without providing anything of value. I am already in a vulnerable situation, I do not have money to waste, and I turned to this service because I am trying to protect myself, not to be taken advantage of. I want a full refund of the $4.99 that was just charged to my debit card, and I also want this situation to be taken seriously as a scam-like practice. I expect Paddle and the related service to stop charging people without clearly informing them and without providing the help they promise.
You should not be able to charge somebody and do nothing and then tell them they are out of credit and charge them more. This is a scam and it's wrong and you know it
