Hello, I am writing from Azerbaijan. Today, I was shocked to find that Paddle.net charged $9.99 from my retirement card without my knowledge or consent. I have never subscribed to or purchased anything from this website. I had no prior warning, confirmation, or authorization for this transaction.

I am extremely upset that my retirement card, which I rely on for essential living expenses, has been charged without my permission. This unauthorized transaction has caused me serious concern and financial distress.

I demand that you immediately refund the $9.99 you have withdrawn from my account without my authorization. Please investigate this matter urgently and reverse the charge. I did not register for any services, memberships, or products from Paddle.net.

If my request is ignored, I will be forced to escalate this issue by filing a police report for unauthorized access and fraud. I will also inform the relevant consumer protection authorities in my country to take action against this unacceptable practice.
