Otelz.com Payment Delay Issue

As an accommodation provider, we depend on Otelz.com for guest bookings and prompt payments. Unfortunately, getting in touch with their accounting or finance departments is extremely difficult. Whenever we inquire, we receive ambiguous replies such as 'you're on the payment list.' We're still waiting for information on payment dates, as Otelz appears to be delaying. Compared to other platforms such as Airbnb or Tatilbudur, Otelz disappoints with its lack of timely payments, which has negatively impacted its reputation. Collaborating with other companies provides a higher level of security.
