I Did Not Get My Refund - Otelz Sent My Money to Z Wallet

Since no payment was made to the hotel, I ended up paying for the stay myself. I was told that the amount I paid to Otelz would be refunded to my credit card; however, they transferred the money to their own app, Z Wallet. In other words, instead of issuing a refund to my credit card, they redirected the funds to their internal system. This has turned into an issue that requires both time and legal knowledge to resolve. I am expecting the amount of ₺8,642.56 for my reservation number 5532384, check-in on June 2, 2025, and check-out on June 3, 2025, to be refunded to my credit card.
