Oral-B Io6 Bluetooth Connection Problem, Range Doesn't Matter
I bought an Oral-B iO6 toothbrush yesterday (14.07.2023), and I have used it three times since then. However, I experienced Bluetooth issues on two occasions. The only time I didn't have any problems, I struggled for nearly half an hour to establish a connection, but eventually managed to do so. However, please be aware that the brush never connects when it is shaken. I have to turn off Bluetooth on my phone and turn it on again to make the brush respond, and when I select "connect," it tells me to go to the app. However, the app never establishes a connection, even though there is only a 40cm distance between the phone and the brush. I urgently await your response and a solution to this issue
