Steps to fix the Bluetooth connection error:
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
Charge your toothbrush — low battery levels can prevent successful connection
Check if your toothbrush model supports Bluetooth (e.g., Oral-B iO, Genius, and Smart Series do; Vitality does not)
In the Oral-B app:
Remove the old device from the list
Tap “Add Device” and select your model
Hold the power button on the toothbrush until the indicator light starts blinking
If the issue persists, delete and reinstall the app.
