My Personal Experience Using Oral-B IO Series 2 Electric Toothbrush

My Personal Experience Using Oral-B IO Series 2 Electric Toothbrush

I have recently switched from using a Sonicare electric toothbrush, which I used for about ten years without any issues, to an Oral‑B iO Series 2 that I purchased approximately 3–4 months ago at Sam’s Club in Pinellas Park, Florida (33782). Since making this change, I have been experiencing soreness on the inside of my mouth. The problem seems to be related to the Oral‑B replacement brush head and its stem, which feel abrasive against the inside of my mouth during brushing. This is a new issue for me, as I did not have any mouth soreness while using my previous Sonicare electric brush for many years, so I am concerned that the current design or dimensions of the head and stem may be contributing to the discomfort. I would like Oral‑B to review this situation and, if possible, replace my current Oral‑B brush heads with a slimmer design similar to the Sonicare style or another suitable alternative that would avoid this abrasiveness while still allowing me to use an electric toothbrush comfortably. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that both my problem can be resolved and the product can be evaluated from a comfort and safety perspective.
