Oppo A96 Bending Issues and Costly Service
A couple of months ago, I decided to purchase an Oppo A96. During this time, the phone gradually bent and curved into a more awkward shape. After taking it to the service center, they told me that it was my fault because I had done something wrong. They went as far as sending it back to me via courier at an additional cost of 74 Turkish Lira for the shipping. Even though I've used a good number of different mobile devices, I've never experienced anything quite like this. In addition, even though I only used it for two days without any sort of screen protection, it already had scratches on it.
