Oppo A5 Overheats and Lags From Day One
On June 16, 2026, I purchased an Oppo A5 smartphone from the Teknosa store at Forum Gaziantep. From the very first day I bought the device, I have been experiencing constant lagging, extreme slowness, and noticeable overheating. Apps open very slowly, the screen responds late, and even during normal daily use, the phone becomes difficult to use.
It is unacceptable for such serious performance issues to occur on a brand-new device. When I said I wanted to send the product in for service, I was told something along the lines of “nothing will come of it,” which left me disappointed and made me feel ignored as a customer.
I request that the device be thoroughly inspected, that the lagging, slowness, and overheating problems be resolved, and if this is not possible, that the replacement or refund process be started. I kindly ask for my complaint to be resolved as soon as possible.
