Oppo A5 Constantly Freezes and Lags From Day One

I purchased an Oppo A5 smartphone from the MediaMarkt store at Forum Gaziantep shopping mall around November 2025. From the very first day I started using it, the phone has constantly lagged, frozen, taken an unusually long time to open apps, and frequently become unresponsive shortly after they launch. I never expected this level of poor performance from a brand-new phone, and it has been extremely disappointing.
I do not want to keep using a product with these kinds of problems after paying for a new device. I still have the original box, and the issues have persisted continuously since the day I purchased the phone without any improvement. It is difficult to understand how a device with performance problems this severe was released for sale. I have also seen that many other users have reported similar complaints.
People work hard for their money, and the possibility that this product may not have been properly tested before being sold is very concerning. I request that my complaint be resolved as soon as possible and that I receive a full refund for this phone.
