For the past 15 days, I have been unable to log into my Instagram account on my Oppo Reno10 5G Neo smartphone. Even though I am entering the correct password, the app keeps showing a “wrong password” error. The same account works perfectly fine on other phones, so the issue appears to be specific to my device. I am also unable to access my account using Instagram Lite on this phone.
I am using the official Instagram app on my Oppo Reno10 5G Neo. To fix the issue, I have already tried clearing the app cache and data, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, and updating my device to the latest system version, but none of these steps have resolved the problem.
My email and account work without any issues on other devices, which makes this situation even more confusing since only my own phone is affected. I have reported the issue to Instagram support, but I have not received any response so far.
I request that this login issue on my Oppo Reno10 5G Neo be investigated and resolved so that I can log into my account normally from my own device, just as I can on other phones.
