I Face Battery Drain Issue on Oppo Reno 14 Smartphone After One Day
On September 7, 2025, I purchased a brand-new Oppo Reno 14 smartphone from the Vatan store in İstanbul Sur Yapı Metrogarden Çekmeköy. When I began using it the very next day, I noticed a severe problem: the battery drained completely by noon, even though I was not actively using the internet. This was shocking, especially since the salesperson assured me that the Reno 14 could last two full days on a single charge, or at least 15 hours under heavy internet usage.
I returned to the store with my complaint, but they refused to accept the device back simply because I had already opened the box. They only offered to send it for service, which is unacceptable for a phone with just eight hours of use. I also contacted both Vatan and Oppo customer service, but neither provided any support or even followed up on my case.
I paid ₺40,000 for this phone, expecting premium performance, and the fact that it fails to deliver even the most basic promised battery life has left me completely dissatisfied. I request an immediate replacement of my defective unit with a new one that meets the advertised specifications. Oppo and Vatan should take responsibility without delay.
