I Cannot Update WhatsApp Business on Oppo Phone Due to Play Store Bug

I am using an Oppo A3 5G phone in India, and for the past 15–20 days I have been experiencing a serious issue with the WhatsApp Business application through the Google Play Store. The app is installed on my device and functions normally, but it does not appear in the Play Store under updates, so I am completely unable to update it. Every time I check for updates in the Play Store, WhatsApp Business does not show up, as if it is not installed, even though it clearly is on my phone.
This issue started again about two to three days ago. I had previously experienced the same problem, reported it, and for a short period WhatsApp Business began appearing in the Play Store again. However, the issue returned once more a couple of days ago. Due to this recurring bug, I cannot keep WhatsApp Business updated, which directly impacts my daily work and meetings since I rely on the app for important communication.
Although my phone is not new, I expect it to support a widely used and essential app like WhatsApp Business without such repeated issues. I am requesting that Oppo provide proper technical guidance and support to identify and permanently resolve this bug, either through a software update or clear instructions that will allow me to see and update WhatsApp Business in the Google Play Store normally again. I would appreciate it if this issue could be investigated and fixed as soon as possible so I can continue my work without disruption.
