Opodo Charged Me for 4 Tickets but Never Sent Them
On January 2, I purchased four plane tickets through Opodo for a flight from Phuket to Bangkok on February 19. The payment was successfully deducted from my account, but I never received my tickets via email.
I have sent multiple emails to their customer support, but no one has responded or provided any assistance. I paid for my tickets, yet I have no confirmation, no tickets, and no communication from Opodo.
I demand an immediate resolution—either send my tickets or issue a full refund. Ignoring paying customers is unacceptable, and Opodo must fix this issue immediately! Travelers should be cautious when booking through this platform.
