2025 Opel Frontera Ignition Fault Not Fixed, Dealer Denies Loaner

My 2025 Opel Frontera has been at two different authorized Opel service centers for about 15 days, yet the fault in the vehicle has neither been clearly fixed nor have I been provided with the promised replacement vehicle. During this time, I have lost a lot of time and experienced serious hardship. Also, because I was not given a replacement vehicle, I had to rent one on my own, and so far I have paid about $1,000 for the rental.
First, my vehicle was held at the Erdemir authorized service for a week. Just before the replacement car period was about to end, I was told that the vehicle was “left in showroom mode” and was asked to take the vehicle back, and I felt that I was being stalled until the last day with no replacement vehicle provided. I picked the vehicle up in the evening and parked it at home; however, the next morning, the vehicle wouldn’t start and showed the same fault again.
When I called Erdemir service and spoke with Mr. O***, I was told to take the vehicle to the Avek service center for an update. I asked why the update was not done while my vehicle had already been at the Erdemir service for a week if it was necessary. The entire process has turned into a complete fiasco.
I managed to get the vehicle running and took it to the Başakşehir Avek service; there, the ignition fault was diagnosed in one day and this procedure was successfully completed. However, regarding the replacement vehicle, even though their own website states that a replacement vehicle will be provided within 24 hours, for 15 days I have seen neither a replacement vehicle nor a proper parts order for my vehicle. I was told that the ignition part order could not be placed because it had not been registered in the commercial system, and the process is not progressing.
I do not know how much longer I will remain stranded in this uncertainty. With this complaint, I first request that my replacement vehicle be provided immediately, that my vehicle’s fault be fixed as soon as possible, that the approximately $1,000 I spent on the rental car be reimbursed, and that my request for a vehicle replacement be considered in light of the serious hardship I have endured.
