Using Onestream transports one back into the early years of the internet. This is the service for you if poor download speeds, continual buffering, and pages that take eternity to load bring you happy memories of dial-up connections. The service quality is astonishingly bad even with paying premium rates. Getting customer assistance can be aggravating; you get canned answers and no actual solutions. Any customer service vanishes the moment you are bound into their long-term contract. Cancelling forces you to pay an excessive termination fee, so entangles you in a loop of poor service. If one wants dependable broadband, reasonable price, and good customer service, I regret picking Onestream and strongly suggest others to go elsewhere. Stay away from any expenses.
