I purchased a OnePlus 15 smartphone through Epttavm. I received the product on Friday, April 10th, and while the battery should last two days or more under normal usage, I noticed within just 2 to 3 days that the phone barely makes it through a single day even under basic use.

On April 15th, I submitted the phone to the service center. The service process was completed on April 27th, and I picked it up on April 28th. The service report claimed that the battery only dropped 1% during 41 minutes of use. However, I personally tested the phone right outside the service center; while simply navigating through menus and settings, the battery dropped 7% in about 45 minutes. Despite this clearly abnormal battery drain, when I requested to submit the device for inspection again, they refused to accept it on site and told me I had to ship it back myself. Furthermore, they damaged the phone's original box while sending it to another service center.

I called the supplier company to explain the situation, traveled across town, and charged the phone using their own cable, only to be told that the phone was normal and functioning properly. I even purchased an extra adapter from them. Despite this, the phone continues to drain its battery at the same rapid rate. On standard charging, it charges from 5% to 100% in 50 minutes, whereas on fast charging, it takes 52 minutes—meaning fast charging provides no advantage whatsoever.

I both emailed and called Epttavm, but they brushed the issue aside and refused to assist simply because the service report listed no defects. As a result of everything that has transpired, I consider this phone to be an undeniably defective product.

My order number is 2602743409. I demand either a replacement with a brand-new, defect-free unit or a full refund for this defective phone.
