Omix X7 Ghost Touch Defect

I bought my Omix X7 phone from Teknosa in Simal AVM, Rize, and I have been experiencing a very serious problem for about 3 months. The screen acts on its own, randomly opening applications and pressing keys as if someone else is controlling the device. Even when the phone is lying on the table next to me, it can suddenly call someone by itself, which is quite unsettling and makes me feel that the phone is not safe to use. The device has never been dropped, gotten wet, or had its screen replaced, and I even performed a factory reset, but the problem did not improve at all. Since this issue continues despite all these precautions, I believe it is a defect with the phone itself rather than user error. Because of this situation, I do not want to deal with this phone or go through long and tiring call processes again. I request that the price I paid for the Omix X7 be fully refunded so that this problem can be definitively resolved.
