My Poco X7 Pro's Software Bugs Make Even Basic Apps Unusable

I purchased a Xiaomi-manufactured Poco X7 Pro model phone about 3-4 months ago from Platin Telefon store in Karaman. Since the day I got the device, I've been experiencing serious software-side problems. No matter what I do, the notification screen takes minutes to open, I can't see the buttons and apps, and I can't use the phone properly.
The phone's general software has serious bugs and a heavy ad problem. For example, I can only open even a simple calculator app after about 1 minute due to ads, which causes significant time loss and inconvenience in daily use. The place I bought it from tried to help with this issue, but no solution could be provided.
When I called Xiaomi customer service in Turkey, they told me they had no way to fix these software issues. When I asked for the China software support line, they didn't share that information either. In the end, I couldn't get a solution from either local support or on the software side.
For all these reasons, I am requesting an exchange for a different device that doesn't have this software issue. I want the software problems I've experienced to be taken into consideration and my complaint resolved as soon as possible.
