Omix X5 Brand New Phone Bought Turned Out to be Broken and Faulty
I recently purchased a smartphone from a Vodafone store, hoping for a smooth and enjoyable experience. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment as I encountered a series of issues with the device. From screen darkening to freezing, overheating, and constant lagging, the phone's performance left much to be desired. To make matters worse, I could only use it for a mere 7 days before the problems became unbearable. I brought the phone to a service center after just 4 days of ownership, it seems like nobody knows the whereabouts of my device now. This whole situation has been incredibly distressing for me, and I wouldn't wish this kind of experience on anyone else. it's been 9 days since I handed my device over to the service center, and am left with no answers and no resolution. just so you know, I am well aware of my legal rights as a consumer, including the option for a replacement or a refund for a device that hasn't even reached its 10th day of use. Yet, despite my attempts to seek what is rightfully mine, I have been met with silence and inaction.

I've been greatly distressed by their service; it's a terrible service. They don't even answer the phones. They claimed there was nothing wrong with the device, but they just updated the software and sent it back.
