Ome TV Incorrectly Flagged Me As Underage, Request Review And Solution

I am writing because my Ome TV account has been blocked due to age, even though I am actually 19 years old and an adult. When I try to log in and use Ome TV on my iOS device, the app tells me that I am underage and does not allow me to use the service. Because of this situation I cannot change or correct my age information in the app and I cannot use the application at all. I request that my age be reviewed, the age-related block on my account be removed, and my account be reactivated so that I can use Ome TV normally again.
