OmeTV Charged ₺399.99 Without My Consent, Requesting Refund

Dear OmeTV team, I was using your app on my iPhone 7, and my account was banned for one month. I noticed a ₺399.99 fee to lift the ban, but I decided not to proceed and attempted to exit the payment screen by pressing the home button. Unfortunately, the fingerprint sensor on the home button registered my fingerprint and processed the payment without my consent, charging the amount from my linked credit account.

I am requesting an immediate refund of ₺399.99 as this payment was unintentional. I don’t mind if the account ban remains, but this unauthorized charge must be resolved promptly. I hope you address this issue quickly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
