I use the OmeTV app on my iPhone, and I am facing a recurring problem: I get banned repeatedly without committing any rule violations. This issue has happened many times before, and to have my account unbanned, I have already paid a total of ₺1,500 via credit card. Despite these payments, the bans return shortly after being lifted. Most recently, I was banned again just 30 minutes ago.

Actions taken: Tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists.
Issue: Continuous and unjust bans, requiring repeated payments to lift.
I attempted to contact customer support, but OmeTV provides no clear support channel or phone number, leaving me without any assistance.
I believe this is a clear case of unfair treatment and financial exploitation, as I am forced to pay multiple times despite not violating any rules.

A full review of my account and ban history.
An immediate refund of the ₺1,500 I was unfairly charged.
A guarantee that my account will not be wrongfully banned again after payment.
As a paying user, I expect OmeTV to act transparently and fairly, and to stop imposing unjust bans on loyal customers.
