I am using the OmeTV app on my iPhone, and I was unfairly given a 700-hour ban without any valid reason. To remove this restriction, I made a ₺500 payment via credit card. While the ban was lifted after payment, the app’s most basic functionality—the “Accept” and “Reject” options—completely disappeared.
Here are the details:
Device: iPhone (latest version of OmeTV installed)
Payment: ₺500 via credit card to remove the ban
Issue after payment: “Accept” and “Reject” buttons no longer appear
Tried solutions:
Deleted and reinstalled the app
Logged in with a new account
Tried different internet connections
Despite all this, the problem continues.
No error messages or warnings appeared after the payment.
This situation is unacceptable because I paid to lift the ban but still cannot use the app properly. It feels like I have been charged for nothing, since the main feature of the app is inaccessible.
👉 I demand:
An immediate fix to restore the “Accept/Reject” options on my account.
If this issue cannot be resolved quickly, a full refund of the ₺500 I paid.
A clear explanation from OmeTV about why this issue occurred.
As a paying customer, I expect OmeTV to take responsibility, provide transparency, and restore my account’s functionality without delay.
