Ome TV Charged Me ₺499 Without Consent – No Way to Get a Refund
I was banned from Ome TV, and when the ban message popped up on my screen, I accidentally pressed the button on my iPhone. Since Touch ID was enabled, it instantly processed a ₺499 payment without my consent. Now, I can’t get my money back!
There is no customer service number to contact, and I have no idea how to request a refund. This is incredibly frustrating! I did not intend to make this purchase, and there was no confirmation step before the payment was deducted.
I demand an immediate refund for this unauthorized charge. Ome TV needs to provide proper customer support and a clear way for users to request refunds. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible!
