I use the OmeTV app on my iPhone, and after being banned, I recently paid ₺500 via credit card to remove the restriction. The payment was processed successfully, and my ban was lifted. However, a new technical issue occurred: the “Accept” and “Reject” buttons have completely disappeared from the app interface.

Attempts to fix: Deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, ensured the latest version is installed — none of these resolved the issue.

I request that OmeTV:
Investigate and fix this bug so I can use the app properly.
Reactivate the missing buttons immediately.
Provide a clear explanation as to why this issue occurred right after I paid for ban removal.
Since I have already made a ₺500 payment, I expect OmeTV to resolve this issue promptly. This is not only a technical failure but also a serious inconvenience as I am unable to use the app’s core features despite paying.
