OmeTV Buttons Disappeared on iPhone — Can’t Chat at All

While using the OmeTV app on my iPhone, the “accept” and “decline” options that normally appear when connecting with people suddenly disappeared. Yesterday, I was banned for no reason, and I paid $12 through an in-app purchase to lift the ban. However, even after the payment, these options did not return.
