I Paid to Lift Ban on iOS OmeTV App but Still Can’t Access ‘Accept’ or ‘Decline’ Options

I’m very frustrated with the iOS OmeTV app. I was hit with a 700-hour ban for absolutely no reason. I hadn’t violated any rules or acted inappropriately. Wanting to resolve it quickly, I went ahead and paid to remove the ban. But after the payment was processed, the app never returned to normal. The ‘Accept’ and ‘Decline’ buttons didn’t appear, making the app completely unusable.
I tried everything to fix the issue: I deleted and reinstalled the app, and even created a brand new account, but none of it worked. Despite paying for full functionality, I still can’t use the service I was promised.
This is unacceptable. I demand either a full refund or immediate reactivation of my account with all features working as expected. OmeTV needs to fix this promptly or stop charging people for broken features.
