Ome TV iPhone 13 App Buttons Missing After Ban Removal And Payment

I use the Ome TV app on my iPhone 13. About 6–7 months ago, I was banned on the app, and I made a payment with my credit card to have the ban lifted. However, after the payment, the “Reject” and “Accept” buttons completely disappeared from the app. Although my ban has now been lifted, I still cannot access these buttons and cannot use the app properly.

I would like to point out that this issue has been ongoing continuously. I am using the latest version of the app. After the payment process, I did not receive any error messages either.

I request that the “Reject” and “Accept” buttons be reactivated so I can use the app normally again.

I was using the Ome TV app on my iOS device. About 6-7 months ago, I made a payment of 30 manat with my bank card. However, after the payment, the 'decline' and 'accept' options disappeared from my account and this issue has been ongoing ever since.

I have not contacted customer service so far. I request a refund of the 30 manat I paid. If the refund is not processed, I will report the issue to the police authorities.
