OmeTV Banned Me for “Rude Behavior” After My Foot Appeared

On August 23, 2026, at around 8:30 PM, I encountered what I believe was a completely unfair ban on the OmeTV app. While I was using the app, I briefly bent down to pick something up from the floor, and my foot became visible on camera. Immediately afterward, my account was banned for “rude behavior.”

The screen states that the ban will last for more than 8,639 hours and that I must pay ₱599.99 to have the ban removed. I find it extremely frustrating that I was banned in this way and asked to pay a fee to remove the ban even though I did not engage in any rude behavior, insults, or inappropriate conduct. I absolutely do not want to pay this fee because, from my perspective, there was nothing that justified banning my account.

My ID number is 400879491. I request that this unfair “rude behavior” ban be investigated and removed, that my account be restored, and that I not be required to pay any fee to have the ban lifted. I also request that OmeTV review its systems to prevent similar unfair bans from happening again.
