OmeTV Wrongly Banned for 29 Days – False Moderation Appeal

I was banned on OmeTV on 14/07/2026 while using the app on my Android phone, even though I was only resting my hand on my chin and did not make any obscene or inappropriate gesture. The system accused me of violating the rules and imposed a ban of 29 days, and the screen I received even shows an amount of R$ 56,99 supposedly to remove the ban. I consider this ban unfair, because I did not engage in any offensive, sexual or disrespectful behavior during the video chat. I was simply with my hand on my chin and was suddenly disconnected and then saw the ban message. I believe there was a mistake in the moderation or in the automatic detection system. I kindly request that my case be reviewed and that my account be unbanned as soon as possible, without any need for payment, since I did not violate the platform’s rules.
