Unban My Ome Tv Account

I was using Ome TV on my Android phone and my account was banned after just a couple of minutes of use. On the screen it says that I was banned for “vulgar or obscene behavior” and it also shows a ban period and a fee of P1,050.00 to remove the ban. I did not engage in any vulgar or obscene behavior during my short time on the platform and I find this ban and the request for a payment to remove it unfair and unjustified. There was no proper explanation or detailed evidence provided about what exactly I allegedly did. I kindly request that my Ome TV account be reviewed and unbanned without any payment requirement, and that any unjust restriction on my access to the service be removed.
