OmeTV Ban Not Removed After Paying $12 for Ban Removal

On September 17, 2026, I paid $12 through my iPhone to have the ban on my OmeTV account removed. Despite making this payment, my one-year ban for “rude behavior” has not been removed in any way, and I am still unable to use the app.

I can see from my bank transaction records that the payment was successfully processed. However, no changes have been made to my account on OmeTV’s side. I also contacted support by email regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far.

After making the payment, I expect my ban to be removed, my account to be reactivated, and this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
