OmeTV Removed Chat Buttons After I Paid $12 to Lift Ban on iPhone
While using the OmeTV app on my iPhone 14 Pro Max running iOS, my account was banned without any reason being provided. After the ban, in order to regain access to the app, I made a payment of approximately $12 USD on November 30, 2025, and my ban was lifted. However, after this payment, the “accept / reject” option that I use during chats completely disappeared.
As of January 3, 2026, when I log into the app, even though my ban has been removed, the “accept / reject” screen no longer appears, and because of this, I cannot use the app as I did before. I have not previously contacted app support or customer service regarding this issue; this complaint is my first request.
Despite having made a payment, not being able to use a core feature of the app is causing hardship. I request that my account be reviewed via the email address k******@gmail.com**, which is linked to my paid OmeTV account, that the “accept / reject” option used during chats be re-enabled, and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
