While using the OmeTV app on my iPhone, the on-screen “Accept” and “Decline” buttons suddenly disappeared during a chat for no apparent reason. Then, on January 23, 2026, my account was banned without any explanation. In order to remove the ban, I made an in-app payment of approximately $14, but as of January 25, 2026, the ban is still active and the “Accept” and “Decline” buttons have not returned.
Even after restarting both the app and my phone multiple times, the issue has not been resolved. Additionally, OmeTV does not appear to have an active customer support channel or any reachable customer service, so I have no way to properly report this problem. My account is linked to r******@gmail.com**, and I have receipts and screenshots as proof of payment.
I have been negatively affected both by receiving a penalty without any valid justification and by the app continuing to malfunction despite my payment. I am requesting that the ban, which I believe was unfairly issued, be fully removed, that the app function properly on my account as it did before, and that the $14 I paid be refunded.
