Paid to Remove OmeTV Ban but Account Is Still Blocked

I have been using the OmeTV app on my iPhone for about three months. Today, because my account was banned, I made a payment through the App Store using my bank card in order to have the ban removed. After completing the payment, I expected my ban to be lifted; however, I saw that the ban was not removed and that I still cannot use the app.

The fact that my ban continues despite taking my payment has caused me inconvenience. I have not yet contacted the OmeTV support team regarding this issue. I request that my ban be fully removed in exchange for the payment I made, or if this is not possible, that the amount I paid be refunded.
