Why Won’t Ome TV Restore Chat Features After I Paid to Fix Ban?
While using the Ome TV app on my iPhone, I was given a 720-hour ban that I believe was unjust. Because the length of the ban was very long, on January 13, 2025, I tried to bypass this restriction by paying approximately $12 USD with my bank card through Apple. However, immediately after the payment, the “accept” and “reject” options completely disappeared from the chat screen in the app, and I became unable to use the app normally.
Since the day I made the payment, this issue has never been resolved; every time I log in, the “accept” and “reject” options do not appear on the screen. Despite having made a payment, not being able to use the app has caused serious hardship. My user ID in the app is @297909448.
Regarding this issue, I have contacted both Ome TV support and other channels I deemed necessary, but I have received no response and the problem has not been resolved. I am not receiving the service I paid for.
I want this error in my account to be urgently examined, my account restored to normal, and the “accept” and “reject” options on the chat screen reactivated. Because I cannot use the app despite having paid, I demand that my hardship be addressed and, if necessary, that my account be technically examined in detail.
