OmeTV Account Banned Without Reason and Asked to Pay $10.99

I am writing to report that my Ome TV account has been banned even though I did not violate any rules. I was simply sitting and using the app normally when, without any prior warning or inappropriate behavior on my part, a message suddenly appeared stating “You're banned” and asking for a payment of 10.99 USD to remove the ban. The ban has just occurred and I am very upset, because I consider this measure unfair and without justification. I was not insulting, harassing, showing inappropriate content or doing anything that could be considered a breach of Ome TV’s terms of use. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, that the unjust ban be removed without any payment, and that my access to the platform be restored as soon as possible. I also ask for an explanation of the reason for this ban, as I want to continue using the service in accordance with the rules.
